Products, services and fitment
We take reasonable care to describe products and services accurately. Colours and finishes can appear different on different screens, and handcrafted or made-to-order items may have minor variations. Where compatibility or fitment depends on a vehicle, you must provide accurate vehicle details. We will confirm the specification where a bespoke quotation is required.
Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or begin fulfilment. If we cannot accept an order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken. Prices and available payment methods are shown before you complete checkout.
Bespoke and special-order work
For bespoke, personalised or special-order products and workshop services, the agreed specification, price and estimated timing will be confirmed before work or production begins. Please check those details carefully. Changes requested after work has started may affect price and timing. Change-of-mind cancellation rights do not normally apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised.

Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. We are not responsible for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable law.
